About Broadway Revivals
12 revivals are running or scheduled: five on Broadway and seven Off-Broadway. On Broadway: The Rocky Horror Show, The Fantasticks, Chicago, A Few Good Men and Chicago 30: A One-Night-Only Benefit Performance.
A revival is a new production of a play or musical that has been staged before, usually with a new director, cast and design. The script and score stay; how the story is told can change a lot.
